Medical Centres
ROY Mobile Patient Care – a unique solution for interaction with patients based on Oracle Application Server.
The solution is designed to:
- Provide the Medical Centre patients with a tool for scheduling an appointment with a doctor
- Obtain confirmation from the patient that the previously scheduled appointment is still valid and the patient is going to attend
- Notify the patient about appointment cancellation initiated by the Medical Centre
- Notify the patient about the possibility to undergo treatment or examination ahead of schedule
- Send reminders to the patient that he/she needs to undergo routine examination
- Send information to the patient about his/her prescriptions
- Send reminders to the patient that he/she needs to take certain actions to prepare for the scheduled treatment
The solution is not intended to:
- Diagnose the patient
- Automatically issue medical recommendations to the patient. All recommendations sent to the patient are generated by the system based on the information previously entered into the system by the medical staff in relation to the particular patient or the medical procedure prescribed to him/her.
